Introduction
This site is the home of Marketing Technology Transformation®, a book by Gene De Libero, published and operated by Digital Mindshare LLC (“Digital Mindshare”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The site is small and so is this policy. The only thing you give us directly is your email address, and only if you choose to.

When you join the launch list: your email address. We use it to send you one email when the book is available, as the form says.

C. Consent Records

How We Use Your Information
To tell you when the book is available, to understand which parts of the site people read, and to keep the site working. We do not use your email address for anything you did not sign up for.

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — website hosting, form handling, email delivery, and web analytics. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We do NOT sell your personal information as defined by CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Data Retention & Storage
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and afterwards in a suppression list so we can honor that request. Consent records are kept as evidence that consent was given or refused. Some data is retained as required by law.
Your data may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use a self-hosted cookie consent banner to control cookie behavior.
